Chaplet in honour of St. Filomena

The chaplet is made up of red grains and white grains:
the red beads signify the Martyrdom of the Saint, while the beads white indicates its Virginity and Purity.
The Creed is recited on the Cross or Medal to ask for the gift of faith.
On the first three beads three Pater alla SS are said. Trinity to thank her for the charisms granted to our Saint, and because she was designated, together with other Saints, as a support of the Faith in these difficult times.

Then, this invocation is recited to each of the thirteen following beads, in memory of the thirteen years lived by the Martyr on earth:

Greetings, Saint Philomena, my dear Patroness: be mine advocated before your divine Spouse. I beg you to intercede for me now and at the hour of my death. Beloved of Jesus and Mary, pray for us who have recourse to you. Amen.

(In the recitation of the Chaplet the thirteen invocations I greet you can be replaced with the recitation of thirteen Hail Marys, followed from the ejaculatory Saint Philomena, pray for us).

After the Chaplet, the litanies are recited in honor of Saint Filomena.
